1. Optional Strengths & Growth Assessment
We offer a paid psychometric assessment to uncover your strengths, development areas, and leadership patterns. This can provide a powerful foundation for focused coaching, though it's entirely optional.
2. Discovery & Goal Setting (90 mins)
We begin with a deep-dive session to understand your aspirations, values, and challenges. Together, we define clear coaching goals aligned with what matters most to you.
3. Tailored Tools & Reflection Between Sessions
You may receive reflection prompts, exercises, or frameworks between sessions — all chosen to support your specific goals and learning style.
4. Ongoing Coaching Sessions
(55 mins)
Regular sessions are designed to build insight, momentum, and accountability. We'll work through real-time challenges while supporting long-term growth and well-being.
